Prepared Childbirth is 4 hours of education offered for two consecutive weeks or on one Saturday to best fit your schedule. Many insurance providers cover the cost of this class. 

Consider registering for classes around 20 weeks gestation so that you are scheduled to take classes around your 30th week.  Classes fill up quickly so don't delay!

Class covers:

• Stages of labor
• Overview of pain management techniques
• Cesarean birth
• Post-delivery care

The cost of this class is $50, which includes a support partner.
