Physical activity can improve your mood and your health! If you are looking to start a physical activity program, or if you are just looking to change up your normal routine, the CHER Community Walking Groups are for you! CHER will provide free, guided walking groups at beautiful Manito Park through the summer. These groups lead you through a scenic walking loop, where you can decide the distance you would like to walk. You will be able to choose from a 1, 2, or 3 mile walking loop. This is a great way to get moving, and to meet new people! Make this a family affair and bring your kids to walk with you. Pets are welcome, but must be on a leash and abide by Manito Park rules. All levels of fitness welcome.
